Hamster Free ZIP Archiver has a user-friendly interface that allows a user to simply drag and drop file items that need to be compressed. Users may compress various file types such as documents, software, photos, audio, or video. The program has options that allow users to change the output quality of the archive file. Users may choose between three settings: Minimum, Optimal, and Maximum. Minimum setting can compress files much faster but produces a high file size. Maximum produces the lowest file size between the other two settings but takes a longer time to compress files. The Optimum setting is a compromise between the other two settings and produces moderate compression time and file size. The program also allows users to break up large files into separate archive files.
