uTorrent Turbo Booster

uTorrent Turbo Booster is a software plug-in developed by Download Boosters designed to boost the download performance of uTorrent—a Peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing application. Specifically, uTorrent Turbo Booster decreases download time by discovering more download seeds and enhancing download speed. Thus, additional sources plus faster speed equals efficient download time.

uTorrent Turbo Booster’s main interface shows a clean gray box with 4 buttons on the left and a status box on the right. The Status box shows the connection type, connection status, connection duration, total bytes sent and received, and the accelerated connection duration. On the left, topmost button allows the user to change the activation mode to on or off. By default, it is set on Activated. Second button allows the user to open uTorrent. Third and fourth button gives the user option to minimize or close the application entirely. If minimized, the program will be accessible from the System Tray by clicking the small green logo. Right-clicking the logo brings up more program options that allow the users to customize startup behavior, set downloads to resume automatically and even an option for anonymous torrent downloading. At the bottom part, users should specify the correct Network Interface to maximize accelerated connection. Using an incorrect network interface may cause the program to encounter problems along the way.

uTorrent Turbo Booster utilizes minimal system requirements and requires low CPU usage. System performance is unburdened and programs can be run side-by-side without hassle.
