Pamela is a Skype add-on program developed by Scendix Software in November 2012. Pamela allows users to record and save chats, audio, and videos from Skype. This program also allows Skype users to record video and audio calls. Pamela also supports Skype Call scheduler. It also features automatic conference call creator for Skype-powered meetings and conferences.  

Pamela supports automatic call recording for both inbound and outbound calls. Users may also disable automatic call recording by choice. Audio calls are recorded as WMA, MP3 and WAV. Users may also take notes during a Skype call and attach such notes to Skype audio recordings. Users may also use Pamela as a Skype video answering machine. This program also supports Skype Voicemail, allowing users to save voicemails to a local folder. Pamela also features automatic Skype Chat Reply when user is on Idle mode.  

Pamela features Birthday notifications for Skype account subscribers. Pamela also supports Rich Mood Editor allowing users to create and send customized messages. This program also supports Emotion Sounds Player allowing users to play sounds in the background during a call. Pamela also offers podcasting and blogging support. This program also supports email forwarding of calls and chats. It also features contact info customization.

Pamela comes in four types—Basic, Call Recorder, Professional and Business. Basic is the free version while the Business is the full-featured model.
