SolveigMM AVI Trimmer + MKV 2.0.1210.11

SolveigMM AVI Trimmer + MKV is a video editor developed by Solveig Multimedia  and released on October 2012. This program allows users to edit AVI and MKV video files. Users can create video projects and compilations, or trim down existing video files to take off commercials or unimportant bits. SolveigMM AVI Trimmer + MKV involves no decoding or encoding processes.

SolveigMM AVI Trimmer + MKV features a simple grey user interface. The Editing tab features a window that shows the video streams or codecs. For a selected video, it will show the audio stream and video stream. The Fragments window shows the video fragments or clips that a particular video is split into. Below that are five buttons that correspond to Play, Stop, Play from Split, Start Here, and End Here. When a particular AVI or MK video is selected, users can click either Start here or End Here to specify where to split it or where to begin or end a video fragment. Users can also specify a Beginning or Ending time from the hour down to the millisecond. The current Cursor position is also shown by the Current Time input box. The bottom part of the interface shows the video timeline. To save a video project or fragment, just click the Save Icon. Users can customize the program settings by clicking the Settings tab at the upper right corner of the window.
