Windows 7 Manager - IP Switcher

IP Switcher is a network tool developed by Yamicsoft. It is bundled with the Windows 7 Manager. The program is used for switching the IP address and network settings for mobile users. It offers single interface for its purpose. The interface is composed of all the available configuration options as well as other features found in the program.

When the program is launched for the first time, it requires the user to set up different network profiles. There is a “New Profile” button for this function. After creating a new profile, It offers a set of configuration options for that network. These options include obtaining an IP address automatically, importing current IP address, applying current profile, and saving the current profile. When the user does not enable the “Obtain IP Automatically” feature, it requires the IP Address, DNS1, DNS2, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway to be entered. Aside from these set of options, the program also provides the Profile Configuration function. This function allows the user to configure the network adapter and it displays the IP, Default Gateway, Subnet Mask, and DNS1/2 details.

The program can also be set to start at Windows startup. There is also an option to Switch Smartly and a function to delete profiles.
