ImTOO Video Editor 2 is an application used for cutting, splitting, merging, and converting video files of different formats such as MOV, AVI, ASF, and MP4. Original sound and image quality are maintained in output files.

Program interface is minimal and intuitive. A Help file is provided to assist users in understanding the program. Importation of video files may be done via a “drag and drop” function, or through the file browser. Video and audio settings may be customized and include bit rate, size, frame rate, quality, zoom, level, aspect ratio, sample frequency rate, volume, channels, and encode mode, among others. Possible user customizations include volume adjustment, clip stop and play option, video fade in or out effect, and video organization. Output name, profile, and destination, may also be specified by the user. The program’s splitting facility allows users to split files by segment size, segment number, and time. Video splitting can be done manually by specifying the end or start point, and automatically in terms of megabytes, specific segments, and specific minutes. The output folder contains files which have been cut, split, and merged. An internal player enables users to preview input and output videos. Lastly, an automatic shut down function is enabled after program operation is done.
