Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst

Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst is a hidden object video game and is an  installment in the game series of Mystery Case Files. The game was initially released in 2008. The game is also a sequel to one of the Mystery Case Files games. Unlike previous games in the series, this one focuses more on point-and-click rather. However, there are still areas wherein users need to locate objects. The player goes back to Ravenhearst Manor in order to uncover the truth behind Charles Dalimar’s story.

In the game, players are free to roam around the different locations. Shiny objects that appear on the screen are clickable. There are also several items that can be picked up on the game screen. These items can be used later on to solve a puzzle or to unlock new locations. For the hidden object portion of the game, players are given a list of items to look for in a scene. Players who need help in locating an item from the list can make use of a hint. The game has an unlimited amount of hints so players won’t get stuck in a level.
