TubeBox! is an application used for copying videos from different websites. Files can be converted to MPEG, MP4, and WMV file formats. Music and video portals which can be used with TubeBox! include SoundCloud, YouTube, DailyMotion, Clipfish, Metacafe and Vimeo.

Program interface is streamlined and intuitive andt has a web browser’s utility and looks. Any type of computer user can easily use the program. Videos can be searched through any of the program supported websites. The program can be instructed to search for 3D or HD videos only. Videos that have already been found may be grabbed from the computer clipboard by copying the video’s link. Videos searched using the program come with detailed information like duration, channel, name, concise video descriptions and thumbnails. Video previews cannot be viewed by clicking on results.  Options are provided to users when clips have been found. Users may also extract audio from videos or download the videos. Users can install the Flash player and delete the program search history. Other settings which can be modified include MP3 quality of outputs. Specifying the download location that will be used as the program default, and modifying maximum number of download and conversion jobs can be done by users. A link grabber facility directly and automatically inserts links from the computer clipboard.
