energyXT2 is a music production application that consists of professional tools for creating songs, demos, scores, and background music. It can also be used for recording. The application has a drag and drop feature, too. The tracks, loops, and recorded audio can be dragged to the timeline to create a song piece. Docks for different components can be re-arranged on the window to suit the user’s preferences. Musicians can connect their instruments to the computer and record with the application, or choose to play virtual instruments built-in to the application. Other features of the software are the following:
