Adobe InCopy CS5.5

Adobe InCopy CS5.5 application is a word processor program used by editors. The user is allowed to design, write, and edit publishable content.  The user can use three viewing modes to view the layout for editing and fitting the design. Change tracking, word count, and spell check are included in the software. The program is designed to integrate with Adobe Systems InDesign desktop publishing software but can be used as by itself as a word processor.

The Adobe InCopy CS5.5 has three viewing modes for the user, Galley, Layout, and Story Mode.
• Galley mode – displays text in word processing view with line numbers and breaks as the layout.
• Layout mode – displays all formats of texts and images in the actual page design layout.
• Story mode – displays the word processor view screen wide for reading and editing text.

Adobe InCopy CS5.5 features Precise Copyfitting. The user is presented with copyfit information like how much space is left to write, current count of characters, words, and lines, among other data. Font Search Enhancements allows the user to mark several fonts as “Favorites” so the app displays only the selected fonts. By using the arrow keys, the user can browse through the favorite fonts and view the fonts applied to the selected text. Lastly, the user interface brightness can be adjusted for better viewing.
