Privacy Eraser is an application used for erasing online activities in order to increase the user’s privacy. It is capable of erasing browsing history, cookies, and personal information typed on web forms. The program supports a number of popular web browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Internet Explorer. It also supports installation of plug-ins to add more functionality.

Other features of the application are the following:

The application has a clear-cut user-interface. Users can access the available tasks or functions from the tabs located at the upper portion of the window. Available tabs include Windows, Browsers, Plug-Ins, Drive Ops, File Shredder, and Schedule. The program’s main window also offers three buttons for quick access to general tasks. These include Quick Clean, Clean & Reboot, and Stop Tasks. The window also displays computer information, such as the computer name, current username, type of operating system, and version. Users can also select data to be deleted by checking boxes beside items under the Windows tab.
