Hoyle Card Games is a program that contains 75 card games from Hoyle. The collection includes standard games like Hearts, Solitaire, Gin Rummy, Bridge, and Pinochle. Fourteen Blackjack games are also offered in standard, video, and tournament format.

Players can create and customize the appearance of their own characters and best 12 different computer-controlled opponents. Gamers can learn and master their favorite games with built-in tutorials and an official Hoyle book of rules. The gameplay consists of engaging in any card game at one of a number of multiple skill levels. They can choose from three types of games: Solo Games, Competitive Games, and Team Games. Some games are easy enough for novices to play. Others have a medium difficulty level. There are also games, such as Euchre, which can be a greater challenge to players.
