Video LightBox is a plug-in for embedding videos on a webpage or blog with an image lightbox in overlay display mode. The plug-in shows images and flash videos on YouTube, iFrame, Vimeo, Daily Motion and many other sites. These embedded videos are viewable on iPhone, Android devices, and iPad. The application is commonly used by those who prefer to make their image, movie, and portable document presentation appear more professional.
There is no need for CSS, javascript, HTML coding, or image editing to embed videos with Video LightBox. The video-embedding can be completed in three easy steps:
• Add the video clip, such as a cut-and-pasted YouTube URL or a drag-and-drop video file.
• Select the desired template for the video pop-up from the video theme gallery. Then choose the appearance of the video thumbnail.
• Publish the output to a local drive or upload it directly to the Internet using the built-in FTP client.
Upon clicking the thumbnail for the video, an eye-catching overlay window containing the video will appear. Videos can be added from popular sources such as YouTube, Vimeo, Veoh, Yahoo!Music, or Metacafe. Video thumbnails can be labeled or accompanied by captions. MP4, 3GP, and FLV video files can be embedded.
