ArtCursors 5.22

ArtCursors is an application that allows users to edit Windows cursors. The program supports a wide variety of file formats including .ico, .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png, and many others. Cursors created with the program can be exported in different file formats as well. Aside from editing cursors, the application can also be used to create cursors from scratch.

Other features of the application are the following:

• support for 16 million colors
• support for creation of libraries from cursors in subfolders and folders
• users can create cursors using different layers
• duplicate cursors in libraries and sets can be deleted
• support for animated cursors

ArtCursor’s interface is intuitive. All the basic command buttons can be found at the top portion of the window. The left side of the main window consists of tools, such as pen, erase, eyedropper, text, and shapes, while the right side of the window is where users can see the layers. The window has a tabbed interface as well. This enables users to have several projects open all at the same time. Switching between projects can be done by clicking on the tabs. Some cursor characteristics that can be changed include opacity, color, shadows, colors, and the smoothness.
