4Sync is a cloud storage application that allows users to backup and access photos, documents, videos, music, and other types of files online. Users are given 15 Gb of online storage when they sign up for an account. The program’s preferences show the options for managing the online storage. On the ‘Account’ tab, a summary of the account is shown including the available storage space, and how much space is used. There is also a button for advanced options where users can synchronize folders and files to the computer being used. Users have the option to choose which folders to synchronize with the computer. The folders that are not synchronized will be deleted from the computer, but the user can still access these files on the 4Sync online storage.

4Sync allows users to view the file synchronization history in order to track which files are synced, and which ones are not present on the computer or device being used. Another feature of the application is the ‘Tweet It’ option. With this, users can easily post music, videos, and images directly to their Twitter account.
