Speak-A-Message 9.3

Speak-a-Message is a program used for voice recording. It can also be used for adding voice messages to e-cards and pictures. The main interface is simple and all the tasks that can be done with the application are grouped together. There are six sections on the main window – Insert, Delete, Current Image, Send, Go To, and Options. Users can insert a screenshot of the desktop, an eCard, or a photo. The inserted image will then appear at the center of the window. Users can start recording a message by clicking on the red record button. The program also has an automatic transcribing feature that translates the recorded speech into text. The transcript can be seen on the lower right corner of the window.

Once the recording is done, users can send the file through email or upload it to Facebook. Users can also access all the recordings from the View & Rec option or check the Diary for a log of activities using the application. Output files that are supported include WAV, MP3, and WMA.
