BioWare Premium Module: Neverwinter Nights - Kingmaker

BioWare Premium Module: Neverwinter Nights – Kingmaker is a module in the expansion pack of the same name, which also includes two minor modules named ShadowGuard and Witch’s Wake. Kingmaker is an expansion pack of Neverwinter Nights, a fantasy role-playing game in the third-person perspective. It runs in real time so the game continues even when the player is offline.

In the story of this module, the player’s goal is to become the Lord of the Keep of a place called Keep of Cyan. The previous lord has been dead for many years and the keep is under threat of capture by the villain called the Masked Man. It is up to the player character and his companions to make sure this does not happen. To succeed in his endeavor, the player character must have the support of at least four guilds. The keep is home to nine guilds: Landowner, Trade, Forester, Thief, Merchant, Priest, Mage, Noble, and Military. Once the player has the aid of these guilds, the player will then get to fight the Masked Man, a mage who wants to capture the Keep for his own.

The player character will be granted a magical weapon he can use in his fights against the enemy forces. As the game progresses, the player’s character will also uncover the secrets behind his past. There is a link between the Masked Man, the ally who gave the player character his magical weapon, and the character himself.
