2 Pic is a graphic application developed by a company called Moor Computer Productions. It enables users to open two photos at once and perform various editing tasks on them simultaneously. The list of image adjustments includes re-sizing, color changing, text overlay, and photo merging. The program also offers an array of image effects such as mosaic, blur, distortion mirror, negative, and watery among others. Users can also modify the brightness, color contrast, and color saturation of the images.

2 Pic has a simple interface that bears similarities with familiar image editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Paintbrush. The most distinctive difference is the presence of dual screens that each contains icons for various tasks. Users will find these icons on the sides of the screens, and can simply click on them when they need to open, print, or save their work. There are tabs at the bottom of the screens containing image effect options.

This application supports a wide range of image file formats that includes JPEG, Bitmap, GIF, PNG, and TGA. The dual screens make it easy for users to make adjustments in terms of color switching and merging. Reverting changes can be done by clicking on the ‘Undo’ button found at the left side of the screen.
