10 Days Under The Sea

10 Days Under the Sea is a hidden object game developed by the company Flywheel. It is distributed by several publishers including WildTangent and Alawar. The plot revolves around a character named Carrie, who turns into a ghost when she opens her father’s old compass. The spirit of an old man is responsible for this transformation, and also informs her that she will retrieve her physical body as soon as she and her sister Diana find and collect the treasures using the compass. She has ten days to accomplish this task and ten locations to look around for the treasures.

10 Days Under the Sea contains mini-games wherein the player has to travel around nine well-known places in the world including  China, Egypt, Spain, and the Great Barrier Reef. There are five levels to play in each location, which the player can take on in any order. A player can get an average of five hints for each day the game is played, but more hints can be earned if the player catches hint-fish or discovers one of four artifacts. The tenth and final location comes with only one level. Various species of fish can be caught by screen capture, which are then stored in the player’s photo album. This album can be viewed at any time between games.
