Stranger's Wrath

Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath is an action and adventure game developed by Just Add Water and Oddworld Inhabitants. The plot of the game revolves around the story of Stranger, a bounty hunter who tracks down outlaws in Oddworld. The object of his mission is to earn sufficient in-game money to fund a mysterious surgical procedure that Stranger needs to survive. In his pursuit of the criminals, he makes use of living creatures such as tiny mammals and fictional insects as bizarre ammunition against enemies. The game also features a variety of environments including Old West towns, industrial buildings, and dense forests.

Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath is made up of first-shooter and third-person action. In the former, the player can approach enemies directly and kill them using available weapons. In third-person perspective, the player controls the main character as he moves from one platform to the next, traverses walls, and engages in combat. As soon as a target is captured, the player has the option of killing him or temporarily rendering him unconscious; if the criminal is brought back alive, more money is rewarded. The game features two bars that each represent the player’s health and stamina. The health bar must be replenished and prevented from drying up lest the player loses the game.
