18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker

18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker is a simulation game in which players get to maneuver 18-wheeler trucks in different driving conditions and extreme environments. Players will be given a range of large truck bodies, including flatbed trucks and fuel tankers. The goal is to accomplish the delivery tasks given on every mission. Loads must be delivered on time while making sure there is enough fuel in the truck and the vehicle is well-maintained. The difficulty level changes as the player progresses through the game; players will have to drive bigger trucks or wind their way through more traffic.

The game missions require the player to use a variety of trucks in order to deliver items. Logs, a helicopter, and a yacht are among the goods that must be taken to the target locations over a specified time limit. There are over thirty load types and 25 rigs the player must drive and maneuver through extreme locations. There are three terrains to drive on: desert, jungle, and ice. Each location poses driving challenges such as a slippery surface, risk of overheating, and narrow, winding roads. Players must be careful not to endanger their loads, especially when navigating around sharp turns and driving along steep cliffs.
