Bluebeam Revu is an application that lets users create PDF files, edit them, and make them available to other users for collaboration. This program makes it possible for teams to work on a PDF document at the same time from anywhere using Bluebeam Studio, Reve’s cloud-based solution for project management. Creating documents from this application is easy, and the program includes direct plugins so users can create PDF files in a batch while they are using other programs. This application comes with an integrated file organizer called File Access, which lets users view, pin, reopen, and organize PDF files quickly. The program’s interface is simple, and users can shift from easily shift from one open PDF document to another. Multiple collaborative sessions can be opened at once and the user’s computer screen can be split into 16 views.
In addition to these functions, Bluebeam Revu has the following features:
• VisualSearch – this tool lets users search PDF files for text and symbols
• PDF redaction – text and graphics may be removed permanently from PDF documents so that confidential information may be kept from other project collaborators
• Stamps – PDF documents may be labeled with the project name, date created, time last modified, and other pertinent information
• Markups list – changes that are done on PDF projects may be tracked and managed by creating filters
