CapturePerfect 3.0

An ISIS-compliant full-suite document imaging application, CapturePerfect comes with the DR-Series scanner. Through this tool, images from the Canon Document Scanner may be acquired and stored into the computer. This application serves to optimize the scanning operation, so that the machine is able to produce consistently high-quality scans. It is also designed to streamline tasks for viewing, saving, sending, presenting, as well as printing office documents.

The features of the program are manifested in the following functions:

• Display - CapturePerfect enables users to change the order of images with easy drag-and-drop movements. The image display window can be divided to view multiple images simultaneously.
• Editing - The program allows users to insert, add, or replace scanned images. Specified pages can be combined to or extracted from multiple page files.
• PDF -  Users can modify security settings regarding the encryption of scanned images and the controlling of rights for printing and editing. Searchable PDFs can also be made with embedded OCR (Optical Character Recognition). High Compression PDFs can likewise be created to save file space.

The scanned images can be saved to specified file folders, printed using specified printers, attached to an e-mail, or presented through projectors during presentations. The program also comes with advanced functions for more scanning control.
