Cyberlink PowerProducer is a program used for authoring, capturing and burning images and videos on DVD, CD, HD-DVD or BluRay. The program offers multiple capture modes and various enhancement tools. The program allows users to capture videos in high-def formats. It can also import files from a hard drive and include them into projects. With this program, capturing TV content via a TV tuner card is also possible.

Cyberlink PowerProducer can also be used for enhancing photos and videos. Some of the tools included in this program include Magic Style, Magic Motion, Magic Fix, Magic Cut and Magic Clean. Photos can also be created into slideshows with added effects and style. PowerProducer features multiprocessing CPU/GPU technologies.

It can also be used to create disc menus. The program offers menu templates for users to choose from. Adding chapters, animated thumbnail buttons and photo backgrounds are also available in this program. Personalizing the projects can also be done using PowerProducer. Users can select the position and number of chapter thumbnails as well as edit the titles and move the buttons. Cyberlink PowerProducer can be used for adjusting the length of the project, too. It offers trimming, merging and cutting tools that lets users adjust the length of the videos.

As a burning tool, the PowerProducer application offers different disc formats for burning videos. Supported disc types include DVD-RW, BD-RE, DVD-R, DVD-RAM and more. If you don’t want to include menus or other effects, the program has a Right-to-Disc feature. Authored discs can also be shared with other people by uploading them to YouTube.
