Envisioneer

Envisioneer is a design application used in the field of Building Information Modeling, or BIM. It is equipped with comprehensive features for better user interaction, faster construction documentation, enhanced sales presentations, and advanced building design, among others. Users can find all of the frequently-used navigation and viewing tools in the Navigator, and onscreen controller. The Navigator allows users to quickly switch between 2D and 3D views and easily pick out controls.

Envisioneer’s features are comprehensive, allowing building designers to do the following tasks:

• Select pre-made templates for faster project-making – photos may be associated with templates so users can identify these more easily
• Edit walls with dynamic dimensions – the program comes with dimension and adjustment controls so users can simply specify the part of the wall they would like to adjust and the program automatically adjusts the connected wall’s dimensions accordingly
• Add ambient lighting to presentations – users can easily visualize how an interior space looks with ambient lighting. This illuminates dark areas and enhance the overall quality of the interiors, making the design ready for sales presentations.
• Import PDF files – the imported files may be rasterized to maintain the text formatting; vector images from the document may also be used. Users may immediately proceed to incorporate the vector geometry into the current in any Envisioneer project.
