Power Audio Cutter 3.6

Power Audio Cutter is used for cutting audio files into smaller pieces. The program can be used for converting audio files as well. This program has an intuitive user interface, which makes it easy to use even for those who are not computer savvy. Users can process different types of audio file formats with the program including AIFF, WAV, MP3, MP4, AMR, and many others.

The main graphical user interface of the application is easy to use. The upper left side of the main window has a small media player where users can preview files. Clicking on the browse button and choosing a file allows users to import a file to the program. Users can choose an output folder, too. This can be done by clicking on the Browse button beside the Output Folder. Users must also supply the start time and the end time for the portion to be extracted from the entire file. A drop down list is also provided to allow users to choose one of the profiles available. Additionally, users can change the audio coder, bitrate, sample rate, and choose the audio channels used. Users just need to click on the “Cut” button at the bottom of the screen to start the process. A progress bar is also displayed at the bottom part of the window.
