Battleship

Battleship is a first-person shooter strategy video game developed by Double Helix Games and Magic Pockets. It is based on a movie of the same name, which was based on a classic board game. In this game, the player takes on the role of Explosive Ordnance Disposal 1st Class Cole Mathis, who is currently deployed in Hawaii. An unknown object suddenly falls from the sky during routine training exercises and causes the Hawaiian archipelago to be overrun by humanoid aliens. The player must now eliminate the invading aliens before they completely conquer the islands. As a first-person shooter, the player must use a variety of regular and unusual weapons to kill the aliens. As a commander, the player is required to employ certain tactics to mobilize ships around the island.

Battleship offers a set of weapons that includes basic assault rifles, pistols, and shotguns. Grenades can also be collected from the Brown Crate. The player must also inspect the locations closely in order to find hidden pegs. Collecting all of these Battleship pegs enable the player to earn an Achievement. The game also provides a map that serves as the player’s guide in controlling his/her fleet of ships at sea. The vessels can be upgraded by acquiring wildcards that can be collected from dead enemies.
