Comvigo IM Lock is a security application that filters programs and websites. It is useful for keeping the computer safe for kids’ use. This program can also be used for preventing threats, such as malware, from entering the computer through illicit websites. With this application, users have complete control over the programs and websites that can be accessed. It has an intuitive user interface that is easy to navigate. The program’s main window has different tabs located at the left side of the window. These tabs are:

• Status – Displays a summary of the computer’s status. Users can view if the program is enabled or disabled, see the different options available, check the schedules and reports, and change the status of the blocking feature.
• Blocking – Under this tab, users can specify the websites to block, check categories to block, and add exclusions to the list.
• Schedule and Report – This is where users can create a blocking schedule for the computer. Blocking can be done daily, weekly, monthly, and users can also set the specific time (start time and stop time) for the program to work.
• Options – Under the options tab, users can set custom notification messages for blocked programs and websites. Moderators can also change access for different users under this tab.
