Mall Tycoon 3

Mall Tycoon 3 is a simulation game that was first released in 2005. It is the third installment in the Mall Tycoon series of games. In the game, players must develop a mall and gain profit in order to develop more malls. Players get to choose from three different locations including a beach, a city, or a neighborhood. The game offers two game modes – Sandbox or Campaign Mode.

In the Sandbox Mode, players are free to develop the mall without having to worry about challenges and time constraints. In Campaign Mode, players must follow the storyline and develop the mall based on the different challenges that are given at the beginning of each level. The game offers players more than 40 different stores to add to the mall. There are ready-made stores, but users can also design their own store from scratch. After adding stores to the mall, players must then hire employees to operate each store. When choosing an employee, players can choose based on their appearance or abilities. Both can also be adjusted.
