ScandAll PRO is an application that comes bundled with Fujitsu scanners. It is a professional batch scanning program that enables users to create different scanning profiles specific to the needs of the scanning jobs that need to be done. This application comes with zonal OCR functions and multi-streaming options, and has support for a number of output formats including PDF/A and PDF documents that can be protected with a password. The scanning profiles can be exported to and imported by several scan stations, as in an office network. This eliminates the need to set up scanning profiles on each scanner again and again.
One of the features of this application is its automatic job separation. This makes use of separator sheets that contains printed patch codes and bar codes that serve to organize image data from multiple page feeds directly into different user-defined files. This feature is useful for scanning batches of mixed documents so that it takes less time.
Another productivity feature of ScandAll PRO is the ScanSnap mode in which users can capture a document and it will be automatically saved in PDF format in a designated folder. This mode also enables users to scan documents straight into their Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
