Legend of Grimrock

Legend of Grimrock is an action role-playing game released in 2012. The game is set in the underground dungeons of Grimrock and players control up to four characters. Players can choose from pre-made characters that are available, or they can also create and customize the look of the characters. There are four races and three classes to choose from. The game is a combination of combat and puzzle-solving. Players must navigate through the dungeons and beat the beasts that are encountered. Defeating creatures can increase the character’s level and improve combat skills. Players encounter several puzzles in the game. These puzzles can be skipped, but players who solve the puzzle get great rewards that can be helpful in the game.

Legend of Grimrock offers different game modes. In Dungeon Mode, players have the freedom to choose a dungeon to play in. Players can also select the difficulty level before beginning the game (Easy, Normal, or Hard). In Old School Mode, the in-game map is turned off. Finishing the game in this game mode unlocks the Do It Old School achievement.

Characters in the game have four primary abilities. These are strength, vitality, willpower, and dexterity. There are also secondary abilities that players can acquire. Some of these include accuracy, attack power, energy, health, resistance.
