DVD Audio Extractor is a program that enables users to extract audio tracks from various optical discs such as DVD and Blu-ray discs. This program can extract audio streams from video files and export them into various formats such as OGG, MP3, Wave (.WAV), or Free Lossless Audio Codec (.FLAC) files. DVD Audio Extractor also enables users to split audio-video data into audio streams directly into MLP, PCM, MPA, AC3, or DTS formats. This program also has a built-in audio player that lets the user sample their extracted audio files or simply play music from their computer.
DVD Audio Extractor features a simple interface that provides the user with a list of extractable files from a source disc. The track list on the left panel of the window also shows the track number, track length, Chapter where the track is included, Cells, and Sectors. Tick boxes are provided to enable users to select a particular number of tracks to be extracted. The upper box on the left side of the window displays the list of video files in the source disc while the green set of buttons located on the lower portion allows the player to preview the audio track.
Once the tracks are selected, the next panel will allow the user to configure the export settings. Users can choose an output file format from a drop down list and select an output directory for the file.
