Episode 103 - The Mole, The Mob, and the Meatball

The Sam and Max games, developed by Telltale games are videogame adaptations of the Sam and Max graphic novels. The Sam and Max games have been split into three seasons namely Sam and Max: Save the World, Sam and Max: Beyond Time and Space, and Sam and Max: The Devil’s Playhouse. The games are in the vein of an interactive graphic novel. Users can take the role of either Sam or Max during the course of the game. Sam is a ten-foot dog in a suit and fedora. He is the more rationally thinking of the duo. Though he prefers the more civilized manner of dealing with problems, when worst comes to worst, his trusty hand cannon is still his favorite problem solver. Max is the crazier one of the two, he is a rabbit that loves to revel in mischief. He has more of a “strike now, think later” attitude. Armed with a manic smile and all sorts of cunning, he is a figure his enemies will soon know to fear.

The Mole, The Mob, and The Meatball is the third episode of the first season of the games. The game takes the player through thrilling adventure that includes capturing a cheater in a casino, winning $10 million in casino tokens, assassination attempts and recovering the famous casino meatball sandwich. The pair eventually find themselves on a wild goose chase with plot twists and people switching sides here and there.
