This utility is developed by Ingo Wulf.
3D-Tool is a program that offers not only the means to visualize CAD projects but to analyze them as well. This utility is capable of importing 2D and 3D CAD file formats as well. This application can be used to create executable files that are self-viewing. What this means is that CAD projects may be displayed on any PC without any program having to be installed or licensed.
The user interface that is presented by this program to anyone who will use it is simple enough such that it does not allow any advanced computing or programming knowledge. This program is easy to navigate and convenient to control such that the user can zoom the models on display. Cross sections in dynamic mode are available as well. 3D-Tool offers views from all angles and all these can be saved as image files and printed out.
