Barbie(R) Fashion Show - An Eye For Style(TM)

Barbie Fashion Show: An Eye for Style is a fashion-themed strategy game developed by Cyber Planet Interactive and distributed by Activision Blizzard. It is a sequel to the game Barbie Fashion Show, which was released in 2000. In this version, the player takes on the role of Barbie’s assistant who also works with Barbie’s best friend, Teresa. Together, all three women collaborate on designing fashion clothing and accessories. The player’s character is given an assignment by Barbie, and the goal is to accomplish the task with flying colors. The player selects ready-made clothes, which s/he will design by coloring them with appropriate combinations. There are different brushes and color palettes to choose from. The color palette expands every time the player completes a mission successfully.

Barbie Fashion Show: An Eye for Style also allows players to choose the models who will wear their creations on the runway. As the tasks are being performed, Barbie gives words of praise and encouragement whenever the designs go well together. Apart from the clothes and accessories, the player also gets to choose the models’ hairstyles and poses, as well as the stage lighting music, and backdrop. The game also allows the player to take a photo of the models wearing the fashion pieces on the runway.
