Battleship Missouri 3D Screensaver

Battleship Missouri 3D Screensaver is a three-dimensional screensaver developed by 3Planesoft and released on September 2009. This screensaver features the USS Missouri also known as Mighty Mo or Big Mo.  The Battleship Missouri is a United States Navy Iowa-class battleship. It is historically significant as it is the site of the end of the Second World War when the empire of Japan surrendered. This 3D screensaver enables users to experience being onboard the battleship, amidst the sailors and crew, while sailing through the Pacific.

Battleship Missouri 3D Screensaver involves a 42-second video loop starting from a view of the battleship cutting the ocean waves against a blue skyline. The view shifts into a frontal view and a bird’s eye view of the deck. The video loop ends with the rear view of the battleship as it sails towards the horizon.

Battleship Missouri 3D Screensaver configuration settings provides users some customization options. As to video mode selection, users may choose to use desktop settings through a tick box selector. If there are multiple monitors connected to the system, users may specify which monitors to apply the screensaver to. The screensaver’s graphical quality may also be customized using a slider tool, from minimal to best quality. It also features sound and musical effects, with volume customization options. Users may also choose to play another music file instead of the ones that came pre-installed.
