Climb to the Top of the Castle!

Climb to the Top of the Castle! is an action-adventure platformer game developed by the company, Two Bros. Games. The game’s plot kicks off with a king and one of his knights traveling on horseback toward the castle. They are on a mission to rescue the princess, who has been abducted by an evil magician and his army of mechanical soldiers. The climb to the topmost tower of the castle is very steep, and the knight decides to knock on the castle door and ask for the magician to give up the princess. This plan naturally fails and the knight is left to go all the way up the castle tower.

The player assumes the role of the knight, who must go through 15 levels of obstacles to reach the goal – rescuing the princess. At the beginning of the game, the player is given 10 lives, which can be used in case the knight dies from a one-hit kill. Once the player runs out of lives, s/he will automatically go back to the base of the castle and start over. Players can save their progress at any time during the game, although the number of remaining lives does not reset. However, players can earn additional lives by finding a few that are hidden among the levels.
