CyberLink MediaShow is an application used for editing, sharing, and organizing media files (i.e. images and videos). The program is developed and released by the CyberLink Corporation. The CyberLink MediaShow program can import image and video files from phones, digital cameras, and video recorders.
The CyberLink MediaShow program offers a feature to organize image and video files in Calendar View. This feature uses the timestamps on the user’s digital media to organize the images and videos in calendar view according to the date the files were taken. The program also features an Album Content Slider that can be used to preview the media files inside a folder without opening the folder.
The application also has the FaceMe Technology feature. This feature goes through the images to detect faces that can help find certain photos using the name of the person. The FaceMe feature can also be used to sort media files and tag the people in the videos or images.
The CyberLink MediaShow application can also be used for editing and personalizing media files. The program has editing tools for fixing images and videos. Editing tools included in the application are red-eye removal, color adjustments, crop, batch editing, and other basic photo-editing tools.
Media files can be shared using the CyberLink MediaShare program. The application allows users to view images and videos from the User’s Facebook account. It can also be used to save and post the media files directly from Facebook and other social media sites like Flickr and YouTube.
