eXtreme Rush

Taxi 3: eXtreme Rush is an arcade-type racing game that takes place in the city of London. The player takes the role of a cab driver whose supercharged taxicab has been stolen. After searching for clues for a few days, the driver is ready to give up, up until a mysterious stranger tells the main character that the culprit of the theft may be one of the racers in the city’s underground racing scene. As the player progresses through the game, he obtains access to faster, better cars, as well as money used to upgrade vehicles and respect that gains the player more contacts. These contacts will eventually lead the character to the whereabouts of the black cab.

There are three modes of play in Taxi 3: eXtreme Rush. These are Street, Drag, and online Multiplayer. There are also more than 10 high-end street-legal race vehicles at the player’s disposal throughout the entire game. These vehicles include powerful American musclecars, sophisticated Japanese street racers, and exotic Italian sportscars. Aside from racing against other cars in the game, the player will also have to evade police cars laden with weaponry, as well as police copters at certain points in the storyline.
