Fireplace 3D Screensaver is a 3D screensaver application developed by 3Planesoft. It is a virtual 3D representation of a real-life fireplace. It shows a traditional looking fireplace with burning and flaming woods in it. The 3D effect is seen in the burning fire itself

The program comes with the 3Planesoft Screensaver Manager, which is used for managing all the screensavers downloaded from 3Planesoft. This manager allows users to choose the screensaver of the desktop, launch the selected screensaver in a random or predetermined order, setup and preview screensaver, display information about the screensaver, and update installed screensavers.

How the Fireplace 3D Screensaver works can be modified through the Screensaver Manager program. It allows users to modify the cycle of the next screensaver. Specific settings of the Fireplace Screensaver can also be configured via the “Settings” button in the Screensaver Manager. Available configuration options for this include Video Mode Selection, Video Options, Animated Wallpaper Options, and other options. In the settings mode, users can set the program to use the desktop settings for the video mode selection. When this feature is disabled, users can customize the desktop settings. Aside from this, there are also options for enabling or disabling the high texture quality and the “exit on mouse move” function. Adjusting the gamma control and monitor aspect ratio is also possible. The screensaver can also be set to play sounds.
