To activate the screensaver, go to Windows Control Panel and select the screensaver to change the current screensaver. Save the changes to see the results. The screensaver will be activated after several minutes of the system being idle. This can be in a minute, five minutes, ten minutes, or more, depending on the user’s preferences. Unlike other screensavers, the 3D screensaver has a configuration menu. Under video mode selection, the dimensions of the scene can be changed. There are also options for the texture quality, as well as the monitor’s aspect ratio. Other video options are the hot air stream simulation and advanced visual effects. Users can make the sounds and music louder, softer, or disable the sounds altogether. In addition, users can use their own music or choose their favorite Christmas song to play in the background when the screensaver is activated.
