Greenfish Icon Editor Pro

Greenfish Icon Editor Pro is a program used in editing icons, managing icon libraries, creating static and animated cursors, and small pixel images. Image formats can be converted, and executable files’ cursors and icons can be extracted using the program. Graphic formats which can be used with the application are GIF, PNG, BMP, JPEG, XPM, CUR, and ICO.

Varied computer users can utilize the application which has an organized interface that allows easy access to each program feature. Every time the application is run, a startup screen prompts a user to specify the item type to be created. For instance, a user can choose between actions like new library creation, new graphic creation, or image files batch conversion. Pixel-graphic images can be managed by various editing tools and layer support.  An array of filters include sharpen, bevel, remove matte, glow, solarize, invert, and blur. Selection handling options include magic wand and lasso tools, loading and saving file selections, and marquee. Greenfish Icon Editor Pro also comes with a compression tool for PNG, numerous gradient styles used for shape filling, a color picker palette, and an anti-aliasing capability. Simple editing functions available are paste, rotate, cut, copy, and flip. Transparent sections can also be cropped, and grids may be applied for easier designing of pixel-graphic images.
