Ham Radio Deluxe is a CAT control program developed by Simon Brown and Peter Halpin, and released in June 2003. It is a package suite featuring five integrated programs, which enable users to manage amateur radio. These programs are Rig Control, Digital Master, Logging, Rotator Control, and Satellite tracking. Ham Radio Deluxe is targeted for shortwave listeners and amateur radio users.
Ham Radio Deluxe Rig Control features a user interface, which allows users to have rig control through TCP/IP remote access or through direct connection. Log Book function enables DX cluster connectivity, Callsign lookup, QSO logging, contesting, and awards tracking. Ham Radio Deluxe Digital Master provides support for sound card digital modes, which directly integrates with the Logbook function.
