The InfoNotary e-Doc Signer is an application that allows users to easily sign any type of electronic document. This eliminates the need to sign a hardcopy of the document and scan the signature. The program has a wizard interface that takes users through the entire process of using the application. After installation, the application will automatically be integrated to Windows, so users can easily sign documents that are created with different types of programs.
The program’s interface has four tabs – General, OCSP, CRLs, and Hotspot. This is where users can change the settings and behavior of the application. Since the program has a wizard interface, users will be taken through the different steps through dialog boxes that appear on the desktop window. The program makes use of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute or ETSI standards, making the signatures signed using the program legitimate.
Other features of the InfoNotary e-Doc Singer are the following:
• Simple and easy to use wizard interface that is ideal for novice computer users
• Support for automatic adding of signature schemes on commonly used operations
• Stores user settings to make signing documents quicker and easier
