King's Quest: Mask of Eternity

King's Quest: Mask of Eternity is part of the King’s Quest action-adventure game series. In this 3D game, players assume the role of Connor and explore the different lands of the kingdom of Daventry in order to find the various pieces of the famed Mask of Eternity, the only thing that can help restore order to the land. The story goes that the ancient artifact has been shattered into pieces by Lucreto, the leader of the magical Archons who had been tasked to guard the mask. The inhabitants of the kingdom turn to stone, except for Connor, a tanner, who was spared because one of the shards of the masks fell on his feet. A wizard tasks Connor to find and collect all of the pieces and restore the mask.

King's Quest: Mask of Eternity has an easy-to-use interface and controls. Players can view the game from a first-person or a third-person perspective. During his quest, Connor will meet many enemies he must fight. Connor’s attacks are executed by a combination of mouse clicks and keystrokes. Aside from the combat element of the game, Mask of Eternity also has puzzles that players must solve in order to advance in the game and complete their quest. The game makes use of a point system; players earn points by fulfilling various objectives such as defeating enemies and solving physics-based puzzles.
