Panda ActiveScan Cleaner

Panda ActiveScan Cleaner is a security program that makes sure the computer is free of threats and items that make the system vulnerable. It could detect cookies, spyware, viruses, worms, Trojans, and other security risks. The system must have ActiveX installed in order for the application to work. The software provides two types of scanning methods – Quick Scan and Full Scan. During a Quick Scan, the program checks the locations in the system that typically house threats. In Full Scan, the program searches the entire system. Full Scan takes longer to finish.

After the system scan, Panda ActiveScan Cleaner displays a report of the detected threats. Users can see more details about each item including their danger level. Other technical information can be seen under Info. The software does not provide permanent protection to the computer. All it does is scan the system and check for vulnerabilities during the time of the scan.
