Photocopier Pro 4.04

Photocopier Pro is an application that copies documents by sending information directly from a scanner to a printer. Scanning and printing jobs may be done through a copier.

The application is user-friendly and easy to use. Printing and copying documents may be done simply by placing a document in a scanner, running the application, and clicking on the “Copy” button. Scanned images may be saved in various graphic formats such as PNG, GIF, TIFF, and JPEG. Users may also specify scan resolution. A preview function allows for file viewing before printing. The application may be customized to pause prior to printing if both printer and scanner are connected to the computer system through a switch box. The scanned image may also be modified, such as mirroring or inverting, in the preview window. Manual and Auto crop functions enable users to eliminate unwanted parts from scanned images. Aside from a scanner, other imaging devices like digital cameras may be used with the application. Users may also designate separate printers for colored copies, grey scale, and black and white copies, aside from printer to be used with the program. Lastly, the program requires a Twain standard compliant scanner and a Windows installed printer to operate.
