PhotoFantasy 2000

PhotoFantasy 2000, designed by Arcsoft, is a computer application that enables users to create funny and customized pictures of faces. Its name was later changed to Arcsoft Funhouse, along with improvements to the program features. Photos created using this application can be emailed and uploaded to social networking sites for sharing with family and friends. They may be also printed and framed as keepsakes, or for commercial and business purposes.

In PhotoFantasy 2000, a user can upload photos and turn these into funny images. With the new Face Detection technology in Funhouse, users can not only upload images to customize, but also use the webcam to capture a photo of themselves. Users can edit and replace whole faces or portions of the face using the tools included in the application. Both the old and new versions feature over 150 templates to choose from. Some of the templates feature cartoon characters, super heroes, famous celebrities, magazine covers, popular movie scenes, animals, models, athletes, and body builders. There are also different landmarks and sceneries included as backgrounds.

This application also allows users to add their personal touch to the photos. Users can add captions, descriptions, or quotes anywhere in the photo. There are many font styles and font colors of texts to select. The font size and text position may also be adjusted.
