Presto! PageManager 9.2

Presto! PageManager is a file organization and management software developed by NewSoft in 2010. This software allows users to manage and preview multiple files of different file formats without the need to open individual files on different programs. Presto! PageManager can create and convert document files into PDF while still maintaining formatting and layouts. Documents can be arranged in folders, edited, organized and opened simultaneously. Music and video files may be played in thumbnails.

Presto! PageManager allows its users to backup their files into compressed PMF files. Associated files may be stacked and be opened simultaneously in one click. Presto! PageManager also allows users to edit digital documents with the use of annotations, comments, arrows and even sticky notes. Annotations and comments are searchable through Presto! PageManager’s search functions. Presto! PageManager also features scanning options like Scan to Email, Scan to Folder, and Scan to OCR or PDF. It supports TWAIN and WIA scanners, and has Automatic Document Feeder support. Document scanning also supports automatic orientation, deskew and cropping.

Presto! PageManager also features sharing functionality enabling users to share documents within a network using the Network Group Function. This software also supports MS SharePoint connecting users to a Portal Server Workspace and allowing file-sharing using drag and drop. Presto! PageManager also supports FTP utility. It also features an Internet Viewer for web browsing.
