Quicken WillMaker Plus 2010

Quicken WillMaker Plus is a program developed by Nolo. This program allows average users to develop new estate plans or rework existing ones. It guides users with layman-friendly legal information appropriate to their retirement planning. It is the first application suite of its kind, and was developed with input from experienced attorneys to create current and legal documents. With the Quicken WillMaker Plus, the user can create a custom estate plan that includes healthcare directives, a will, and all the documents necessary to said plan. The documents created will reflect the user’s local state laws. Some of the estate-planning documents one can create with this program are:

• Living Will – indicates whether artificial life-support should be initiated in special circumstances, as well as which specific medical procedures and treatment should be undertaken.
• Healthcare Power of Attorney - permits a family member, friend, or other loved one to make medical decisions.

The user is guided through the development and finalization of the estate plan with an interview-style set of questions and related tips for paced document creation. The legal manual included with the program suite discusses common legal questions and provides accurate answers in a user-friendly manner.
